The pharmaceutical service paradigm that now develops was the pharmaceutical service that was based on "Pharmaceutical Care" philosophy or was translated as the "pharmaceutical upbringing".
The Pharmaceutical Care definition according to International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) was profession responsibility in the matter farmakoterapi with the aim of achieving output that could increase or maintain the quality of the life of the patient (ISFI, 2004).
This philosophy was one of the efforts in the pharmaceutical field to increase the quality of the service to the community.
